The first teacher-to-teacher professional development round will focus on Interactive Writing in the classroom.  Teachers can expect to see students using this component either through an extension to a piece of literature or in collaboration with content area material. 

Please bring your Continuum to your meeting date as it will help to support the reasons and choices we make in planning our lesson.

Interactive writing is an instructional method where the teacher shares a pen with his/her class of students as they collaboratively develop and construct a written message.
