Copy and Paste

To copy and paste information from one cell:
  • Highlight the text or the cell you wish to copy.
  • Choose COPY from the Edit Menu.
  • Place the cursor in the cell where you want to paste.
  • Choose PASTE from the Edit Menu. 
To copy and paste information from more than one cell:
  • Highlight the cells you wish to copy.
  • Choose COPY from the Edit Menu.
  • Place the cursor in the cell where you want to paste.
  • Choose PASTE from the Edit Menu.
