Welcome to the Special Programs Department of the Niagara Wheatfield Central School District. Our department supports our special needs students, both preschool and school age, through the Committees on Special Education (CPSE and CSE). We arrange for supportive services for students including special education supports, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and other remedial services. Support services are also available to English language learners through the District's English as a Second Language (ESL) program If you feel that your child is in need of such services, please begin the investigation by contacting your child's teacher and building principal.
